Joel and his crew were great to work with. They were out the same day our basement flooded to help start the remediation, and helped us through the entire process - from working with insurance to getting the best prices on materials. I highly recommend NGWE.

Report
I started a tile project and while pulling up the old floor found that our door threshold had been leaking for a number of years and that the sub-floor, exterior wall, and door frame had rotted. Joel and his team came out and did an excellent job of determining what caused the problem, explaining what would be best for remediation, and getting the work done quickly and as cheaply as possible without cutting corners. I'm confident that the work that was done is top notch and that I'll never see the problem again. Great guy and a great company.

Our basement in our cabin in Blue Ridge flooded after a pipe failed...we called on a Saturday at 6pm, they showed up with he entire crew at 7.30pm, worked until 11pm, then worked the clean up over the next 3 days. They did a great job! Respnse was excellent! There was a ton of other helpful things Joel did through the process. Highly recommend. James Yeagle, ATL
