Angel is the man, he went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were taken care of in a timely manor (immediately). Ray was also extremely helpful, he managed the operation and completed their work ahead of schedule. If you dont want to deal with bullshi* call 911 Restoration.

Worst company. DO NOT use them. Texas had a freeze and my house had a bursted pipe. They came in and basically put fans on and removed about 5 pieces of dry wall. Never gave me a price from the beginning they said they would handle it with our insurance, they ended up sending me a bill for a total of almost 7k. Never communicated anything. Company is a total rip off. They never even cleaned the drywall and insulation. I had to hire a different company for the clean up. Take your business elsewhere.

Very very bad experience for the last 6 months (and still ongoing). When time comes for a follow-up removal, they do not even respond. They did NOT pay for the re-test after they finished their 2nd time services. The mold is still not removed. They gave wrong recommendations and made me write a bigger 2nd check as well.

Super disappointed in our experience. While the mold was remediated, the customer service left a lot to be desired. Communication was incredibly poor not only with us but also within the company. They would show up unannounced, and I had to ask 6 times for the photos of what they discovered. I finally got them from one of the team members who came to pick up the equipment. Conversations over the phone were dismissive at best. We have additional projects for our home, but I won't be using them again.
