Services
Chimney Inspection
Our CSIA-certified technicians perform Level 1 to Level 3 chimney inspections using video scanning technology to detect hidden damage, creosote buildup, and structural issues. Inspections ensure compliance with NFPA 211 standards, identifying risks like cracked liners or blockages. We provide detailed reports with photos and recommendations for repairs or maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency for homeowners in real estate transactions or routine care.
Chimney Sweep
Professional chimney sweeps remove soot, creosote, and debris from flues, fireboxes, and dampers to prevent fires and improve ventilation. Our technicians use specialized brushes and vacuums to clean wood, gas, or electric fireplaces, ensuring optimal airflow and safety. Annual sweeps are recommended to maintain efficiency and comply with insurance requirements, reducing hazards like carbon monoxide leaks.
Fireplace Repair
We repair cracked firebox walls, damaged mortar, and malfunctioning dampers to restore fireplace functionality. Services include tuck pointing for masonry, replacing worn fireplace doors, and fixing draft issues. Our team addresses both cosmetic and structural problems, ensuring safe operation and extending the lifespan of your fireplace with durable materials and expert craftsmanship.
Chimney Rebuild
Partial or full chimney rebuilds address severe structural damage, water erosion, or code violations. Our masons use high-quality bricks, stones, and mortar to reconstruct chimneys while preserving architectural integrity. Rebuilds include installing new liners, caps, and flashing to ensure weatherproofing and compliance with local building codes, enhancing both safety and property value.
Gas Fireplace Conversion
Upgrade wood-burning fireplaces to efficient gas models with our conversion services. We install EPA-certified gas inserts that reduce emissions, lower heating costs, and offer remote-controlled convenience. The process includes modifying existing masonry, venting systems, and finishing with custom surrounds to match your decor, providing a cleaner, safer heating solution.

I am overall happy with the services provided by this company. They answered their phones (unfortunately, Maryland has too many business that won't answer or call back), respond quickly, fair and detailed estimates and options of fixing the issues at hand. The workmanship left leaves me at ease that I no longer have to worry about issues with my chimney. THank you

Jason and Ever arrived at our home as scheduled. Both young men were extremely professional and responsive to our questions and concerns.. They explained everything they did and left our house as clean as it was when they arrived. We appreciate the quality inspection and recommendations.

Used another company to extend had it "brought up to code" or so we thought. Called Priddy Chimney to clean and inspect it and they found multiple things the other company missed including one that was a major safety issue (every fire would smoke our entire basement). Spoke to Christina and made a plan to address everything, they came in and didn't leave the job until it was 100% perfect. Now we can enjoy our fireplace again without worries thanks to Priddy Chimney Sweeps, I will use this company for every fireplace going forward! I can't recommend them enough; the work was done in a timely manner

This company is the best in terms of work and their prices are much reasonable than any other company around. I would say %30 less than other company around. I had Hind installing a wood stove and class A for me and the work was out standing.
