Services
Concept Design
Our concept design service develops tailored spatial solutions for residential and commercial projects. Using client interviews and lifestyle assessments, we create multiple design options with sketches, 3D visuals, and material samples. This phase establishes the creative direction before detailed documentation begins, ensuring alignment with client vision and budget constraints.
Interior Design
We provide comprehensive interior design covering space planning, lighting schemes, and specialty features. Our services address both functional requirements and aesthetic elements, including kitchen/bath design and architectural detailing. We coordinate structural elements with architects while maintaining strict quality control throughout the construction process for both residential and commercial spaces.
Procurement Services
Our procurement division offers access to one of North Georgia's largest interior product libraries. We source furniture, fixtures, and materials at wholesale prices from 100+ manufacturers. This service includes warehousing, shipping coordination, and professional installation. Our clients benefit from exclusive trade pricing on lighting, textiles, and custom window treatments through our extensive industry partnerships.
Residential Design
We specialize in single and multi-family residential projects tailored to family dynamics and lifestyle needs. Our services include aging-in-place design, pet-friendly spaces, and vacation home planning. We handle complete renovations and new construction projects, integrating universal design principles while maintaining the unique character of each mountain home or urban residence.
Commercial Design
Our commercial design services cater to hospitality venues, medical facilities, and corporate offices. We focus on creating functional environments that enhance business operations while meeting industry-specific requirements. Projects include restaurants like Chester Brunnenmeyer's Bar and Grill, dental offices at Riverstone Medical Campus, and retail spaces in Sycamore Crossing Shopping Center.
