Terrible communication, and NO reliability
Company had me hold a truck to sell to them for about a month, originally they were just going to pick it up in a few days but the business owner (Rob) kept pushing the date back farther and farther, I even drove part way to meet him once and he cancelled. Eventually he started ignoring my phone calls and last thing I heard from him is "I'll call you back in 5 mins" had the same experience with the secretary never calling me back.
Rob seems like a nice guy at first, and I would have been fine if he would have just told me he wasn't interested in the

Before contacting All City Glass, I was terrified of how costly it might be to fix the windows in a house I was buying. After the first contact with All City Glass, my fears were erased. They were onsite almost immediately, gave an estimate way lower than I feared, kept in touch during the scheduling and installation process, and coordinated with the other contractors.
