Feeling overwhelmed or pressured to get the design finished is not the state of mind we want you to be in while going through this process! Once we have the Stage 2 Preliminary meeting, if needed we will schedule 1-3 follow-up meetings to get your plan perfect. The only way extra charges will apply is if the client decides to have a major change to the concept during the process such as adding a pool for example.

Ian was great to work with and did an excellent job creating a thoughtful and detailed landscaping design for our place. He is very knowledgeable of plant species and offering creative solutions. I was researching landscape designers/architects for a few months before I was fortunate enough to find Ian Hall.

The initial Consultation starts at $300. There are some areas that are even higher because of distance, such as extremely rural areas. The initial site visit fee may be waived if the design contract is signed at that visit. Yes, there is a $100 same-day cancellation fee. Please notify the office or your designer at least by the day before your appointment if you need to cancel for any reason.
