In 1989, longtime friends, Jeff Halls and Jim Caldarola, established Baystate Hearing Aids. Together, the two received their National Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) and maintain their Massachusetts State Licenses (#29, #17). Baystate Hearing offers free at-home and in-office consultations and services.
