In May of this year I contracted The Painted Otter to resurface
my arts&craft era tub, whose "before" condition was, in my opinion, SPENT. It was one step away from the dump, It's surface void of enamel half way up the sides, and its color (when freshly cleaned) generally a dull light gray accented with darker gray splotches and blue/green water stains. I observed the resurfacing process at checkpoints along the way: acid wash cleaning, patch and sand, then spray and seal. Yes, the process was sometimes loud, dusty, and smelly - a strong chemical vapor - but it all fades off after the task is
