Mark began his construction career in 2001, building luxury homes in Atlanta, GA. As his business began to grow, he found that the new construction market was lacking homes that were functional for families. It was then that he decided to move his building projects to the Chattanooga area and provide luxury new construction to the families of East Tennessee by founding K&M Homes.
