First Choice Homes is owned and operated by Nancy J. Heim of St. Charles, Minnesota. Nancy grew up working in her parent's construction and real estate business, and in 1981 completed her first home remodeling project. In 1986 she received her real estate license, in 1994 her Broker's license, and in 1996 started her own real estate company.
