After dealing with black algae maintenance for a couple years, we decided to replaster our 19 year old pool. To ensure the removal of black algae, we also decided to remove the tile and replace it. When we signed the contract in August, the suggested finish date was October, 2020. When that came and went, we were not immediately alarmed because we did have a scheduled date in November for removal of the tile. Step 1 occurred, then we heard nothing from the crew supervisor until December. We got the new tile on, and a couple weeks later the old plaster was sandblasted. Finally on January 18, the

Neglect on their part. Never checking filter pressure causing pump to stop. Then telling me that the only way to fix this is to drain it. In the midst of a drought instead of filtering it out. They refused to even clean and change the filters. Needless to say I have the pool clearer and on it's way to clean in just two days of filtering, clean the filters, filter some more, clean etc. Whatever happened to good customer service? Why not take responsibility and make it right? I hope the owner reads this and talks to his/her incompetent employees.

They had filter cartridges and tank o-ring in stock. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also did no charge pool water analysis while I waited. They aren't the cheapest but they provide quality products and services for one of the biggest home improvement investments we have. Feels good to know there's a reliable resource available locally.

Guiton's Pools built our 1st swimming pool in the 90's and we had zero problems with it. It was beautiful, worked perfectly and was the easiest thing in our home to care for. We had Guiton's Pools build our 2nd swimming pool at our new home in 2002. It was more complicated by access problems so they started digging before the house foundation went it. This pool is also beautiful and easy to care for. I have spoken with many pool owners and some had nightmare stories from using other contractors. Guiton Pools are worth the wait and the price! First I want to say that Brad our pool maintenance worker does an exceptional job...but when it comes to their bookkeeping they leave a lot to be desired...I have lived in my home for a year now and received a bill every month which I always paid...then all of a sudden I get a call from Deanne practically screaming at me because she neglected to send me a bill for 2 months...it caught me off guard because of her mannerism...she is extremely rude!!! I apologized and said I certainly did not mean to be late...Then she screams "Well don't you live in Paradise?!" I said no I was burned out of Paradise

I am very disappointed on the lack of follow-through and service by Guitons Pools. Guitons was contacted to fix a pool heater at Table Mountain Ranch in Red Bluff. After a year of working on the pool heater and receipt of a bill & payment made for $1,100.00, the heater is still not working. I have placed numerous calls to Neal (worked on heater) and Sean (work scheduler) to either state they are unable to fix the heater and return the money or come back and finish the job, but no one responds. I am very dissatisfied with the service we have received.

I've called so many times and they never returned my calls, they didn't fix the jets all the way. When someone finally came out, they told me to turn the knobs. They didn't fix anything. They failed to tell me I need to change the filters when I first asked him to make sure it was in good working order. They don't have the filters it needs and finally, they keep sending me a bill and charging interest for the bill I have already payed them for $640. I was in there today in person because no one returns my calls.
