Critical:Professionalism
Took two visits for tub faucets. Did not properly fix the problem. On second problem I Called for someone to come . Was told no plumber available till standby next day...service manager very unprofessional laughing at me over the phone as what constitutes an emergency.

John installed our new kitchen faucet and repaired our bathroom sink stoppers. He did a great job! He was very professional, honest and the price he quoted us was a fair price. Before leaving he had us inspect everything to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work. I would use John and Drake Mechanical again.

Cody was amazing! We contacted Drake for a quote, and Cody was there fast, discussing the project and quoting us a fair and competitive price. Even in Boise's insane market, he was able to come out again a few days later and install/pipe our gas range hood vent in a very speedy and professional manner. He also offered advice and expertise on the other remodel projects we were working on at that time, saving us from making a crucial and potentially very costly mistake. He was personable and professional, and an absolute craftsman. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Use Drake and ask for Cody
