I rarely write reviews but let me tell you how awesome Mike is: he just fixed my septic problem, from speakerphone, in five minutes. I'm not even in his service area. In short, my septic alarm went off and I called my usual guy but it's after hours on a Friday so I could only leave a message. So we're looking at a weekend of either making an expensive emergency call or hoping we get lucky until Monday. Then I called Mike. His wife (I think) answers, puts me on speaker, and I explain the situation. Mike directs me to where I can try to jiggle my float and boom, it rushes back into action. He

All of the employees and Mike, the owner have been the most prompt and diligent, and friendly people I have had out to my residence to complete each and every task I needed to have been done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing septic instalation or repair. They are very fair in which they charge and always there for you when their services are needed.
