Waste of my money and their time. Came out looked around. Did minimal effort to investigate the source of water damage in the ceiling. Didnt even open up the ceiling. Fixed nothing. Repair man seemed nice was going to only charge the 40$ trip fee until his boss told him to add on an hour for their $100+ hr rate. Glad others had a good experience. Myself, not impressed.

Will from House Doctors of Columbia is knowledgeable and thorough. He helped us out with a shower leak, and after he fixed the ceiling drywall it looked brand new. Then, at our new house, he and Brian did an excellent job knocking out over a dozen projects around the house. I recommend House Doctors of Columbia to everyone.

I was able to get my leaky faucet looked at quickly. The repair person came prepared for multiple possible solutions, including a selection of replacement faucets. When he came to a short term fix that was cosmetically imperfect, we discussed whether it was worth replacing the old faucet or not. I have used them to do the things around the house that aren't simple fixes, and they are fast, efficient and cost effective. Worth every penny!

Summary: We hired them to do a handful of tasks prior to selling our home. They are a good combination of professional attitude and skilled workers. Will, the owner, is very hands on and makes sure the job is done right. Full Review: We had a laundry list of items we wanted to have completed before putting our house on the market.
