Fred (plumber) was super!!! He was very informative and fixed my toilet quickly. I just bought this house so I had A LOT of questions, Fred went above and beyond by answering all my questions and giving great suggestions/ideas. Their prices were extremely reasonable and I never felt like I was being nickeled and dimed as other places have done. They were also very prompt in getting me an appt the very next morning as my issue was not an emergency. I will use Rapid Rooter from here on out and definitely recommend to friends. Thanks for the awesome service!

Called another company and they never responded. Called Rapid Rooter and they not only called me back within 15 min, but Paul was at my house within 20 min. They cleared and unplugged the tank outside our house, that filters into the sewer system, within min! Great value and I'll call them in the future with any plumbing needs!!
