This service optimizes occupied properties for maximum market appeal through strategic furniture arrangement and decor selection. Our walk-and-talk consultation provides room-by-room improvement checklists, while extended sessions offer hands-on staging with existing furnishings to create buyer-focused presentations that have been shown to increase sale prices by 5-23% according to industry research.

We have a challenging living room space and struggled to choose and feel confident with a paint color for the walls. The room is large with a cathedral ceiling. Julie spent time showing us various colors and explained the differences between them ( I don't have the a trained eye for colors and had difficulty distinguishing one from another). Julie's explanations and showing us the colors in various places in different lighting helped us to understand how one color differed from another. We feel confident with the color julie recommends. Then we asked Julie several other questions about rooms adjacent

Julie was such a big help to me with picking the colors of paint for an addition that we built on our home. I had an idea of the certain atmosphere I wanted to create and Julie listened well and came up with these great colors that were exactly the vibe I was trying to create ! I absolutely recommend her. She was pleasant and personable without any pressure. She showed up on time and is very professional. Thank you Julie! I love our choices!!
