The old saying you get what you pay for is so true with this business, as it is so awesome to receive follow up on services performed, as to ensure the highest in customer service that is above and beyond all expectations period! Serna Services will price you right, ensure the work is done to top notch finish, and the return follow up to me is not only appreciated, but makes the value of more of an asset for many many years to come! Check the rest, but have service done by the best!!

Serna was awesome. I would highly recommend them. I called them late Saturday afternoon not expecting them to get to my house until Monday, but they were there within a couple of hours and my AC was working not long after they arrived. I was expecting to pay a premium and I was wrong again the price came in a good 50% less than what I expected to pay

Although they stay very busy during summer times they are always very good about sending someone as soon as they can, they are very good at their job and professional they found the problem of my AC very quickly and fixed it, Also the customer service representatives are friendly, courteous and very helpful!!
