Outstanding service all around! Nathan gave me a call 15 minutes before his arrival. The fact that he arrived within the first hour of the 4 hour window was very much appreciated. After assessing my situation, Nathan explained the problem clearly and simply and offered two solutions: a lower cost option and a higher cost option. No high-pressure upselling, just presented the facts and let me decide. Nathan and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely professional and courteous. Great experience with Precision Door! Glenn, the owner, has been incredibly accommodating and helpful. I had 4 commercial garage doors replaced, with nice insulated doors. Other companies wanted to drop the header and use a smaller door but Glenn was able to install a quick turn radius to keep the same 12 doors in place. I took way too long (6 months) from initial install to finishing the drywall and getting the electrical hooked up. When the doors finally ran on the motor, we had some problems. Glenn stepped up and fixed the issues fast even though I took 6 months. When there are problems,

The tech Nathan did a great job figuring out how to fix my issue, told me everything he was going to do and gave me an estimate before doing any work so I knew what to expect. He quickly fixed my problem, and also have me some insights into the health of my door and any concerns I should keep in mind for the future. Great experience!
