Love these guys! They initially revamped my HVAC in 2018, and convinced me to get the mini splits which have both heat and A/C and are much cheaper than central air. Fast forward to 2021 when I woke up with no heat and hot water. They were responsive, came by 8:30 am, and fixed it by 9:30. I had forgotten to get it serviced, and the pressure went out. Because I had the mini splits, I also had some heat. They are always very nice and timely!

I have worked with Big Blue a few times and have been happy each time. My most recently time was an emergency weekend situation. Adin was the on-call weekend technician. He was so great to work with. He was very communicative about his arrival time and continued to update me as he got closer. He was so helpful, explaining what should be fixed today and what could be fixed on a day that would be a regular day rate (as opposed to the emergency weekend rate). He fixed the problem very quickly and thoroughly. Thanks Adin!

I've had them out twice already, for different issues with our new (to us) home. The office actually answers the phone and they have a lot of availabilities to schedule work. They send a different plumber depending on who is available. So far both the people were on time (early end of the window), very professional and happy to explain everything they were doing even without me asking questions. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing/heating needs!

I just had a great experience with the people at this company. My Hot Water heater died on Sunday. I don't have a regular plumber so I went online and searched for plumbers. I sent Big Blue an email on Sunday night and they got in touch with me early Monday Morning! How awesome is that!!?? To actually get a call back. I was planning on spending the morning trying to get an appointment with another company. Donna was great with scheduling and working with me on my options. The technician Tenzing came out on time, wearing a mask and as polite as can be. Turned out I needed a new water

I appreciate their nice dispatcher. This is a reliable company that will send the right person on their team to the job. They try to keep it reasonable. I suggest that you are present for the work, as I was recently when getting my oil to gas converted steam boiler "tuned up". There wasn't too much to it. He cleaned the glass tube, drained off water at the bottom (I had only been doing the upper spigot, and checked for water and gas leaks. I learned about a new low water safety part that could use replacing to avoid my tip tapping with a hammer. You learn a lot by asking questions
