Carlos has over 30 years experience and completed his dual degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology. His knowledge of the HVAC industry is extensive and varied, as demonstrated by the numerous industry certifications awarded him.
Sylvia has been involved in the HVAC industry since 1983. Her experience and administrative expertise has enabled her to develop a well structured organization. She received an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming and a Bachelor's degree in Management in 1989. She continues her education in the fields of human resources, taxes, and employment law.
