We offer both Residential and commercial service contracts. For commercial service contracts, please contact us for pricing and details. Our commercial contracts basically involve LA preforming preventive service every 3 months, 4 times a year. As Benjamin Franklin said, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
